कास्की नेत्रहीन संघको पालिका स्तरिय निती सम्वाद कार्यक्रम सम्पन्न

कास्की नेत्रहीन संघले कास्की जिल्लामा रहेका सबै स्थानिय तहहरुमा आगामी निती तथा कार्यक्रममा अपाङ्गता भएका व्यक्तिहरुको सहभागिता सुनिश्चतताका लागि पालिकाहरुमा गई निती सम्वाद तथा पैरबी कार्यक्रम सम्पन्न गरेको छ । कास्की नेत्रहीन संघको पदाधिकारीहरु र पालिका स्तरिय नेत्रहीन संघका पदाधिकारीहरु सहितको टिमले स्थानिय सरकार संग आगामी बजेटमा अपाङ्गतालाइ प्राथमिकता दिनु पर्ने र अपाङ्गता भएका व्यक्तिहरुको शिक्षा स्वास्थ्य र राेजगार लगायतका विषयहरुमा ध्यानाकर्षण गराउँदै सामाजिक कार्यहरुमा अपाङ्गता भएका व्यक्तिहरुको सहभागिता सुनिश्चित गराउनका लागि पैरबी गरेको थियो । एबिलिस फाउण्डेशनको सहयोगमा संचालित कार्यक्रममा अपाङ्गता अधिकार प्रति आफुहरु सचेत रहेको र कहीँ केही कमि कमजोरी भएमा आगामी दिनहरुमा सुधार गर्दै लैजानेमा स्थानिय तहहरुले प्रतिबद्धता जनाएका थिए ।Kaski Association of the Blind has completed a policy dialogue and advocacy program by visiting municipalities to ensure the participation of people with disabilities in upcoming policies and programs at all local levels in Kaski district. A team including officials of the Kaski Association of the Blind and officials of the Municipal Level Blind Association had lobbied with the local government to prioritize disabilities in the upcoming budget and to ensure the participation of people with disabilities in social activities by drawing attention to issues such as education, health and employment of people with disabilities. In the program conducted with the support of the ABILIS Foundation, the local levels had expressed their awareness of disability rights and expressed their commitment to improve them in the coming days if there were any shortcomings.
